穴義

尺，長度單位，十寸為尺；澤，沼澤。
尺，指尺部（腕至肘之前臂)。穴在尺部肘窩陷中，脈氣流注于此，如水注沼澤。

Meaning

Chi, ruler or ulnar; ze, marsh.
Chi refers to the ulnar aspect (from the wrist to the elbow ), The point is in the depression of the elbow fossa at the ulnar aspect. The Qi of the meridian is infused here, like water flowing into a marsh.

定位

肘橫紋中，肱二頭肌腱橈側(cè)緣。

Location

主治

（1)呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病之要穴，治咳嗽、氣喘，常用于熱證，實證（急性感染)
（2)止上部出血，如鼻衄、咯血
（3)局部治肘臂酸痛
（4)刺出血，可治中暑

Indication

(1) the main poiut for respiratory diseases, such as cough and asthma, often used for Hot or Excess Syndrome (acute infection)
(2) to stop the bleeding of the upper part of the body, such as epistaxis, hemoptysis.
(3) to treat pains of the arm.
(4) to treat heat stroke by causing the point to bleeding.

直刺0.8-1.2寸或點刺出血

Method

puncture perpendicularly 0.8-1.2 cum or peck to bleeding.
