主癥

兩足痿軟不用，兼有發(fā)熱，咳嗽，心煩，口渴，小便短赤，舌紅苔黃，脈細(xì)數(shù)或滑數(shù)。

Main Manifestations

Muscular flaccidity of the lower limbs with motor impairment, accompanied by fever, cough, irritability, thirst, scanty and brownish urine, reddened tongue with yellow coating, thready and rapid or rolling pulse.

主癥

兩足痿軟或微腫，捫之微熱，身重，胸脘痞滿，小便赤澀熱痛，舌苔黃膩，脈濡數(shù)。

Main Manifestations

Flaccid or slightly swollen legs, a little hot feeling and fullness in the chest and epigastric region, painful urination, hot and brownish urine, yollow, sticky tongue coating, soft and rapid pulse.

主癥

下肢痿弱不用，兼有腰背酸軟，遺精早泄，帶下，頭暈，目眩，舌紅，脈細(xì)數(shù)。

主癥

有外傷病史，肢體麻木，痿廢不用，或有大小便失禁。脈緩或澀，舌苔薄白，舌質(zhì)淡紅或暗紫。

Main Manifestations

History of trauma, flaccid paralytic limbs may be accompanied with incontinence of urine and feces, relaxed or hesitant pulse, pink or dark purlish tongue with thin while coating.

治法

以取陽(yáng)明經(jīng)穴為主。上肢多取手陽(yáng)明；下肢多取足陽(yáng)明；屬于肺熱及濕熱者，單針不灸，用瀉法，或兼有皮膚針叩刺；肝腎陰虧者，針用補(bǔ)法。

Treatment

Main points are selected from the Large Intestine and Stomach Meridians. The Large Intestine Meridian is mostly selected for upper extremity. The points of Stomach Meridian are mostly selected for lower extremity. For heat in the lung and damp heat, only punctured with reducing manipulation in combination with cutaneous or tapping needling by pricking. Reinforcing manipulation is used for deficiency of Yin of liver and kidney.

上肢：肩髃 曲池 合谷 外關(guān)
下肢：髀關(guān) 環(huán)跳 血海 梁丘 足三里 陽(yáng)陵泉 解溪 懸鐘

Prescription

Upper extremity: Jianyu(LI 15), Quchi(LI 11), Hegu(LI 4), Waiguan(TE 5).
Lower extremity: Biguan(ST 31), Huantiao(GB 30), Xuehai(SP 10), Liangqiu(ST 34), Zusanli(ST 36), Yanglingquan(GB 34), Jiexi(ST 41), Xuanzhong(GB 39).

隨證配穴

肺熱：尺澤、肺俞；
濕熱：脾俞、陰陵泉；
肝腎陰虛：肝俞、腎俞；
外傷：相應(yīng)節(jié)段華佗夾脊穴；
小便失禁：中極、三陰交；
大便失禁：大腸俞、次髎。

Additional Points

Heat in the lung: Chize(LU 5), Feishu (BL 13).
Damp-heat: Pishu(BL 20), Yinlingquan(SP 9).
Deficiency of Yin in the liver and kidney: Ganshu(BL 18), Shenshu (BL 23).
Trauma: Huatuojiaji points can be used for affected area.
Incontinence of urine: Zhongji(CV 3), Sanyinjiao(SP 6).
Incontinence of feces: Dachangshu(BL 25), Ciliao(BL 32).
