【摘要】  目的：回顧分析湖北省復(fù)明九號(hào)車(chē)仙桃基地為期25d，免費(fèi)為貧困白內(nèi)障患者施行白內(nèi)障復(fù)明手術(shù)的臨床療效。方法：為經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)格篩查適合手術(shù)復(fù)明的貧困白內(nèi)障患者，施行白內(nèi)障超聲乳化吸除術(shù)（或小切口非超聲乳化白內(nèi)障摘除術(shù))及人工晶狀體植入術(shù)。結(jié)果：本組270眼術(shù)后視力：1.2者2眼，1.0者25眼，0.8者21眼，0.6者48眼，0.5者33眼，0.4者33眼。共162眼，占60.00%。低視力：二級(jí)低視力0.3者46眼，0.2者33眼，一級(jí)低視力0.1者4眼，0.09～0.05者2眼。共85眼，占31.48%。盲：二級(jí)盲0.04～0.02者15眼，一級(jí)盲：指數(shù)8眼。共23眼，占8.52%。脫盲率91.48%。脫殘率77.03%。結(jié)論：只有精心的術(shù)前篩查，規(guī)范的把握適應(yīng)證和嫻熟的手術(shù)技能，全程嚴(yán)格控制感染，才能保證手術(shù)車(chē)上短期大量手術(shù)的質(zhì)量。而脫盲率和脫殘率的高低，則主要由患者群自身綜合因素決定。

Low vision: second low vision 0.3 (46 eyes), 0.2 (33 eyes), first low vision 0.1 (4 eyes), 0.09��0.05 (2 eyes), totally 85 eyes and account for 31.48%. Blindness: second blindness 0.04��0.02 (15 eyes), first blindness (8 eyes), totally 23 eyes and account for 8.52%.  Off�瞓lind rate: 91.48%.
