主癥

發(fā)病緩慢，始則僅在大便時感肛門脹墜，時或脫出，便后能自行回納，經(jīng)久失治，則稍有勞累即發(fā)，脫垂后收懾無力，須以手助其回納。或伴有神疲肢軟，心悸氣短，面色萎黃等癥，舌質(zhì)淡，苔薄白，脈多細弱。

Main Manifestations

The onset is slow. It starts with distending and draggling sensation of rectum during defecation, returning to normal after the bowel movement. If it is sustained without proper treatment, recurrence may happen by overstrain and the prolapsed rectum fails to return spontaneously without the aid of the head, or accompanying with lassitude, weakness of limbs, shortness of breath, palpitation, sallow complexion, the pale tongue with white coating, thready and feeble pulse.

治法

取督脈、足太陽、陽明經(jīng)穴為主。針用補法并灸。
