穴義

太，大；沖，重要部位。
穴在足背，脈氣盛大，為本經(jīng)之要穴之處。

Meaning

Tai, big; chong, important pass.
The point is on the foot, where the Qi of meridian is abundant. It is an important pass of this meridian.

定位

足背，第一、第二跖骨底之間凹陷中。

Location

on the dorsum of the foot, in the depression distal to the junction of the 1st and 2nd metatarsal bones.

主治

① 疏肝利膽，治肝炎，膽囊炎，膽石癥，膽道蛔蟲病等；
② 鎮(zhèn)靜降壓，治高血壓頭昏頭痛，癲癇抽搐等；
③ 泌尿生殖系統(tǒng)疾病，如遺精，遺尿，月經(jīng)不調(diào)等；
④ 清肝降火，治肝火上炎引起的頭痛，目赤腫痛。

Indication

1. hepatitis, cholecystisis, cholelithiosis, ascariasis of the gallbladder.
2. lowering high blood pressure, fainting and headache caused by high blood pressure, convulsion of epilepsy.
3. spermatorrhea, enuresis, amenorrhea.
4. headache caused by hepatic fire, redness and pain of the eye.

針法

直刺0.5-0.8寸，注意避開足背動脈
