醫(yī)學免費論文:對不同神經(jīng)癥患者MMPI測試結果的元分析
【摘要】目的 本文對11年來神經(jīng)癥患者的MMPI測驗結果進行元分析。方法 查閱中國期刊數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)，對選取的62篇文章中33項數(shù)據(jù)的效應值進行方差分析與聚類分析。結果 六種神經(jīng)癥的平均效應量都處于中高水平；聚類分析的結果顯示，13個因子可以明顯地聚為四類；不同神經(jīng)癥在聚類后的MMPI四類因子上差異顯著。結論 不同神經(jīng)癥在人格上存在差異。

【Abstract】Objective A metaanalysis of accumulation of 11 years results of patients with neurosis on MMPI factors.Methods The China Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were reviewed,ANOVA and cluster analysis were conducted with effectsizes of 33 items data selected.Result The effectsizes of different neurosis on MMPI factors were on a higher level;13 factors of MMPI can assort for 4 groups by cluster analysis;The different diseases were significantly different according to the cluster of MMPI factors.Conclusion There were different on MMPI factors of different neurosis.

本文對不同神經(jīng)癥患者的明尼蘇達多相人格調(diào)查表（Minnesota Multiphase Personality Inventary,MMPI)［1］測試結果進行了元分析，旨在了解神經(jīng)癥患者的人格差異，并報道于后。
1 資料和方法
11 資料收集 作者查閱了中國期刊網(wǎng)，以MMPI［1］為關鍵詞。共收錄1994~2005年在國內(nèi)期刊上發(fā)表的文章463篇，其中以神經(jīng)癥患者為研究對象的62篇。同時將同一批作者利用同一批資料在不同雜志上發(fā)表的文章看作同一項研究，后人研究數(shù)據(jù)與前人安全吻合的以第一次出現(xiàn)為準。無原始數(shù)據(jù)、數(shù)據(jù)不全和/或數(shù)據(jù)有誤等的文章被刪降。本文總共獲得33項數(shù)據(jù)，其中關于焦慮癥的有4項，恐怖癥5項，強迫癥13項，疑病癥4項，抑郁性神經(jīng)癥5項，癔癥2項。本文有關數(shù)據(jù)均在SPSS115上進行分析。
