頭頸外科論文鼻息肉電動切割器在中鼻甲成形術(shù)中的應(yīng)用
【摘要】目的 探討鼻息肉電動切割器在中鼻甲成形術(shù)中的應(yīng)用價值。方法 將380例患者按術(shù)中中鼻甲成形術(shù)處理方式不同分為2組。觀察組256例，應(yīng)用鼻息肉電動切割器行中鼻甲成形術(shù)；對照組124例，常規(guī)方法行中鼻甲成形術(shù)。術(shù)后比較2組的治愈率、總有效率及術(shù)腔黏連情況。結(jié)果 觀察組治愈率94.92%，總有效率97.27%，術(shù)后鼻腔黏連發(fā)生率3.13%；對照組治愈率87.10%，總有效率92.74%，術(shù)后鼻腔黏連發(fā)生率9.68%。2組比較，總有效率有顯著性差異（χ2=4.238,P＜0.05)，治愈率有極顯著性差異（χ2=7.256,P＜0.01)，鼻腔黏連發(fā)生率有顯著性差異(P＜0.001)。結(jié)論 應(yīng)用鼻息肉電動切割器行中鼻甲成形術(shù)是鼻內(nèi)窺鏡鼻竇手術(shù)中妥善處理中鼻甲病變的一種理想方法。

鼻竇內(nèi)窺鏡技術(shù)為鼻竇炎、鼻息肉等疾病的診斷治療提供了廣闊的前景,并廣泛應(yīng)用于臨床工作中［13］。在鼻內(nèi)窺鏡手術(shù)中，由于中鼻甲具有許多重要的生理功能，術(shù)中既切除病變，又保留中鼻甲形狀，是鼻竇手術(shù)成功的關(guān)鍵，因此應(yīng)用鼻息肉切割器行中鼻甲成形術(shù)，對內(nèi)窺鏡鼻竇手術(shù)的療效具有非常重要意義。作者對256例鼻竇炎、鼻息肉伴中鼻甲病變者在內(nèi)窺鏡鼻竇手術(shù)中應(yīng)用鼻息肉電動切割器行中鼻甲成形術(shù)，取得滿意療效，現(xiàn)報道如下。
