穴義

環(huán)，環(huán)曲；跳，跳躍。
穴在髀樞中，髀樞為環(huán)曲跳躍之樞紐。

Meaning

Huan, a ring; tiao, jump.
The point is at the hip joint, which is the pivot for jumping.

定位

股骨大轉(zhuǎn)子最高點，與骶裂孔連線的外，中1/3交界處。

Location

at the junction of the middle and lateral third of the distance between the highest point of great trochanter and the hiatus of the sacrum.

主治

① 下肢病痛之要穴，主治坐骨神經(jīng)痛，下肢癱瘓等；
② 局部治股關(guān)節(jié)酸痛，臀肌筋膜炎等。

Indication

1. main point to treat diseases of the lower extremities: sciatic neuralgia, paraplegia.
2. ache of the thigh bone, facialitis of gluteal muscles.

針法

直刺2-3寸
