穴義

少，幼��；海，海洋。
少，指手少陰經(jīng)。
此為本經(jīng)合穴，脈氣至此，猶如水流入海。

Meaning

Shao, young; hai, sea.
Shao refers to Hand-Shaoyin Meridian.
This is the He-sea Point of the Heart Meridian. The Qi of the meridian circulates to this point, like water flowing into the sea.

定位

曲肘，當(dāng)肘橫紋內(nèi)端與肱骨內(nèi)上髁連線之中點(diǎn)，曲肘取之。

Location

at the middle point of the line between the medial end of the transverse cubital crease and the medial epicondyle of the humerus when the elbow is flexed. Flex the elbow to locate the point.

主治

1、寧心安神，治心悸、心痛。
2、局部治手臂攣痛，尺神經(jīng)炎，肘關(guān)節(jié)及其周圍軟組織病痛。

Indication

1. palpitation, cardiac pain, etc.
2. spasm of the arm, ulnar neuritis, pain of the elbow joint and the surrounding soft tissues.

針法

直刺0.8～1.2寸。

Method

perpentdicularly 0.8～1.2 cun.
