 循行：①起于足跟外側(cè)，②經(jīng)外踝上行腓骨后緣，沿股部外側(cè)和脅后上肩，過頸部上挾口角，進(jìn)入目?jī)?nèi)眥，與陰蹺脈會(huì)合，再沿足太陽(yáng)經(jīng)上額，③與足少陽(yáng)經(jīng)合于風(fēng)池。

The Course of the Vessel:It starts from the lateral side of the heel, runsupward along the external malleolus and passes the posterior border of the fibula, goes upward along the lateral side of the thigh and posterior side of the hypochondrium to the posterior axillary fold. Then, it runs over to the shoulder and ascends along the neck to the corner of the mouth. Then it enters the inner canthus to communicate with the Yin Heel Vessel. Running further upward along the Bladder Meridian to the forehead, it meets the Gallbladder Meridian at Fengchi(GB 20).

主要病候：目痛從內(nèi)眥始，不眠，足外翻等證。
