主要研究方向 |
利用有機(jī)催化劑獨(dú)特的催化性能和金屬催化劑的廣譜性設(shè)計并催化新型的有機(jī)合成反應(yīng), 并運(yùn)用于合成擁有“優(yōu)勢結(jié)構(gòu)”的分子, 并從這些優(yōu)勢結(jié)構(gòu)高效合成復(fù)雜的有機(jī)分子包括藥物分子醫(yī)學(xué)全在,線zxtf.net.cn, 對這些化合物進(jìn)行藥物活性測試, 以期發(fā)現(xiàn)有活性的潛在藥物分子。設(shè)計、合成、篩選傳統(tǒng)化療和分子靶向治療合二為一的抗癌活性化合物,兼具傳統(tǒng)化療和分子靶向治療的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
